100,000 Tonnes/Year Lead Plant Project in Delibar, India

The Indian lead project employs the patented Oxygen Bottom-blowing Smelting – Blast Furnace Reduction Lead Smelting (SKS) technology, developed by China ENFI Engineering Co., Ltd. and the Shuikoushan Lead Smelter of Hunan Nonferrous Group. The plant has an annual production capacity of:

  • 100,000 tonnes of 99.995% refined lead,

  • 100,000 tonnes of sulphuric acid with a purity exceeding 98%,

  • Approximately 230 tonnes of silver with a purity exceeding 99.99%, and

  • By-products including zinc, copper, silver, antimony, and bismuth.

This technology features low energy consumption, high recovery rate of valuable elements, environmental compliance, high operational efficiency, simple operation, high automation levels, and cost-effectiveness.

Currently recognized as internationally advanced and widely adopted within China, this technology has delivered significant economic and social benefits.
