The Integrated Command and Dispatch Platform is the core of information construction for command centers. Converged Communication & Voice Dispatching Service: Enables communication interaction between different communication terminals on heterogeneous networks. Provides converged communication functions like user registration, routing authentication, and teleconferencing, along with voice dispatching functions such as forced insertion/forced disconnection, monitoring, polling, and selective calling.
Video Dispatching & Video Consultation Service: Enables the access of third-party video system media streams and interaction with video sources from various video terminals. Provides video dispatching functions like video transcoding, forwarding/distribution, screen mixing, display on video wall, and multimedia video consultation functions.
Emergency Broadcasting Service: Allows audio-video broadcasting to various broadcast terminals via control methods like dispatch console/PC/IP microphone/APP/phone. Provides functions such as wide-area intelligent broadcasting by region and time period, and emergency program insertion.
Multimedia Trunking Service: Enables various intelligent mobile terminals to utilize LTE/3G/WLAN wireless broadband networks. Provides multimedia trunking communication functions including audio-video intercom/calling, group intercom/broadcast, call/talk right preemption, messaging/group chat, and video surveillance.
